I'm Hassan. I lead digital banking at Gulf Bank in Kuwait. I came into this through the technical side of the house, which means I still care as much about how things are built as what gets built.

Over the years I moved from IT operations to engineering to product ownership to leading the digital division. Somewhere along that path I became genuinely fascinated by AI and automation, not as buzzwords, but as tools that can quietly make people's lives less frustrating.

On the side, I build apps and tools I wish existed, partly to stay sharp, partly because I can't help myself.
