I'm Hassan. I lead digital banking at Gulf Bank in Kuwait. I came into this through the technical side of the house, which means I still care as much about how things are built as what gets built.

Over the years I moved from IT operations to product ownership to leading the digital division. Somewhere along that path I got hooked on AI and automation, not the hype, but what they can do when you point them at a real problem.

On the side, I build apps and tools I wish existed, partly to stay sharp, partly because I can't help myself.
