By accessing or using AuraPaper ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AuraPaper is a mobile application that provides AI-generated wallpapers for iOS and Android devices. The service includes:

• Browse and view wallpapers
• Download wallpapers (premium feature)
• Set wallpapers as device background (premium feature)
• Save favorite wallpapers
• AI wallpaper generation

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

AuraPaper offers premium features through subscription:

• Free tier: Browse and view wallpapers
• Premium tier: Download and set wallpapers, unlimited access
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• You can cancel anytime through your app store account
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All wallpapers and content provided by AuraPaper are owned by AuraPaper or its licensors. You may:

• Use wallpapers for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Set wallpapers as your device background

You may NOT:

• Redistribute or resell our wallpapers
• Use wallpapers for commercial purposes without permission
• Claim ownership of our content

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Share your premium account with others

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That content will always be available
• Compatibility with all devices

8. Limitation of Liability

AuraPaper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
